My Approach
My approach to design is rooted in deep collaboration and craft. I leverage research, data, expertise, and cross-functional partnerships to drive high-impact solutions that resonate with users.
I lead teams with curiosity, deep listening, and thoughtful feedback. I feel most satisfied when I’ve delivered business results while bringing out the best in each team member along the way. I guide teams to approach design problems with a careful eye, encouraging iterative exploration and hands-on prototyping to find novel ways of interacting with technology.
Mentorship is core to my practice — I elevate design teams by fostering a culture of sharing, safety to explore (creativity), and continuous learning with a growth mindset.

About me beyond career
I consider myself a continual learner and life-long explorer. Somehow, life is long and it’s short. As long as you’re alive there’s opportunity for novelty, wonder, and trying new things.
Recently I’m returning from a personal sabbatical to explore life outside work. I enjoy meditation, gardening, and sketching. I’m currently learning French and yoga. A good day includes a run and an afternoon nap.
